This hotel is located in the centre of Mont Tremblant, and from this fantastic resort there are views of the picturesque village of Tremblant, in the Laurentian mountains. Within some 20 m there is a selection of restaurants, bars, two nightclubs, shops, and the skiing area with cross-country skiing. A lake and a park surrounded by woodland are about 100 m from the hotel. The tourist centre and Mont Tremblant village are about 500 m away and Montreal is about 12 km.
Facilities
The establishment comprises a total of 314 accommodation units. Guests can reach the upper floors by lift. Services such as a safe and currency exchange facilities make for a comfortable stay. Internet access (for a fee) and wireless internet access (for a fee) are available in the public areas. Gastronomic options include a restaurant, a dining area, a breakfast room, a café, a bar and a pub. Shopping facilities are available. Additional features of the establishment include a newspaper stand and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or car park. As of December 31, the following measures have been in effect at the hotel:
COVERFIRE - A national curfew is in effect in the province of Quebec between
10 p.m. and 5 a.m. In accordance with this restriction, we ask customers
of the hotel to stay in their room and to refrain from visiting the public spaces of
the hotel during curfew.
GATHERINGS - Prohibition of public or private gatherings. In accordance
to this restriction, we ask hotel guests to refrain from hosting
guests to their room.
CATERING - Temporary closure of Le Comptoir and Choux Gras Restaurants.
* Note that room service will be available every day during your stay in
7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and the Ricochet take-out counter, located on the Terrasse (T) level,
will remain open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:45 p.m.
BAR - Temporary closure of the Axis bar and lounge.
GYM - Temporary closure of the Fitness Center.
* Note that Moment Spa will remain open during your stay for the treatments of
massage therapy and personal care.
SWIMMING POOLS - indoor and outdoor swimming pools remain open with respect for
distancing.
* Note that the whirlpools, steam baths and sauna are temporarily closed.
FAMILY BUBBLE ACTIVITIES - Several activities have been set up to
you. Book your activities in family bubbles with the concierges.
Games room, billiards, craft room, bonfire etc.
These new measures are in addition to those already in place at Fairmont Tremblant in accordance with
guidelines established by the public health authorities and the certified health program and
ALLSAFE health security:
Mandatory health check for all customers and employees, which consists of reporting the
presence or appearance of any symptom related to COVID-19 and any risky contact
with a person confirmed positive for COVID-19.
Wearing a mask is compulsory when traveling in public places and elevators.
Respect for the physical distance of 2 meters when moving around the premises
public and in elevators.
Frequent hand washing and use of hand sanitizer.
Increased frequency of cleaning and disinfection with increased attention
to the most affected areas with approved disinfectant products effective for
prevent the transmission of COVID-19.

Please note that the outdoor pool and tubs will be closed from April 24th until the end of October 2023.
